How we work ...

UniQSoft offers to its clients rich selection of services for software development. Our Company important feature is the integrated approach that we offer: we carry out all operations necessary to obtain the final product from the project idea through software development, testing and deployment to user coaching and support.

Main line of our activity is custom application development. UniQSoft is capable to create any kind of software for you - from GUI applications to sophisticated engines and programming complexes. The custom application products include

• GUI of arbitrary complexity level,
• application with sophisticated algorithms, such as oprimization, filtering a.o.,
• image processing applications,
• development of necessary mathematical algorithms,
• equipment control applications,

Principal directions of our activities are

• research and selection of the optimal technologies, including hardware requirements,
• research of data domain and creation of detailed specifications for a project,
• creation of prototypes and demo versions,
• system planning (selection of architecture, creation of interaction protocols and technical specifications for separate modules, etc.),
• system implementation (creation of specifications for system modules, coding, QA),
• creation of project documentation (system architecture and protocols description, source code detailed description (in addition to built-in comments in code), etc.),
• creation of end-user documentation (Users Manual, Troubleshooting, Installation Guide, etc.),
• product support (implementation of extra features, source code consulting, etc.),

One of the most important goals of UniQSoft is to create the most comfortable conditions for our clients, to make a client's life easier. We solve most of the technical problems internally. When necessary, however, we are ready to supply technical consulting of any depth concerning the project; this approach allows a client to be aware of as many project implementation details, as he/she desires. So clients of UniQSoft may trust us, as practically all technical decisions (including the selection of development technology and system architecture, etc.) are taken internally within the Company, but clients are kept informed on them and may interfere if necessary. We always work in close cooperation with client's contact person and inform him/her on all important issues.

Project phases ...

The client interaction during a project implementation begins with project discussion phase. Here we discuss with perspective client his/her needs and propose possible software and hardware response. As the result of this phase we present to the client detailed description of proposed software solution with time and budget estimates. This offer may be change after further discussion with the client.

If the proposal accepted project implementation phase begins. We inform the client frequently on the project advance, supply prototypes and intermediate software versions, organize design reviews according to agreed activities schedule.

After the project is fully implemented we deploy the software, coach client's personnel to use it, supply the client with all necessary documentation. Now begins project support phase. During this phase we provide our client with necessary additional consultations, correct all discovered software and documentation defects, make small improvements to the software on client's request – all this free of charge for agreed warranty time.

Additional terms ...

Confidentiality.
We ensure high-level protection of the data received from our customers while executing their orders. We are ready to sign any reasonable Non-Disclosure Agreement such as this. Each UniQSoft employee signs similar Non-Disclosure Agreement, preventing disclosure of any information.

Property rights for produced materials.
All materials, produced by UniQSoft in the course of project fulfillment, e.g. software, source code, data structures, documentation, design options, etc., fully belong to a Customer as such option stated in the agreement with UniQSoft. UniQSoft retains right to use parts of the code in other projects as this usage does not disclose client's confidential information. UniQSoft guaranties that supplied code does not infringes copyright of any other company.

Payment conditions.
Client pays for UniQSoft services according to agreed payment schedule on current month + 30 days against UniQSoft’s invoice. Receipt issued by UniQSoft after actual payment.
